Welcome to Cricket Webmanager

Welcome to the online Cricket Webmanager application of the Belgian Cricket Federation and Cricket Vlaanderen. Registered club administrators can manage all their member registration details, register new members who have joined their club and manage relevant club information. Federation administrators can validate the player registrations and manage player eligibility for league matches.

New functionalities will be added at regular intervals and this will be communicated via the league chairman.

FAQ (and answers)

There are three main reasons why it is very important that all clubs accurately register their members in the Cricket Webmanager tool:

  • Various national and international organisations and bodies require us to keep accurate and up-to-date membership records. These include the ICC, BLOSO, Arena and the Anti-Doping agency. Failure to comply with their membership registration guidelines can have serious implications for the position of Belgian cricket both financially and legally.
  • The insurance company Arena demands that accurate registration details of all members are kept in order for these members to fall under the BCF and CV insurance policy. It basically comes down to the fact that non-registered members are not insured and can not lodge a claim in case of an accident or injury. This is also the case for non-playing members like scorers, administrators and volunteers.
  • Accurate membership details allow to create a variety of reports showing the different aspects (different roles, nationalities, age groups, ...) of our great game in Belgium and can be a useful source of information for journalists, local councils and so forth. It can also help the governing bodies in the implementation of various programs to grow the game (more coaches, umpires, ...).
  • Under aged players (less then 18 on the day of the match) are registered in the same way as any other club member. However, since it is a mandatory requirement to have a signed parental consent form for each under aged player in order to be eligible for league matches, the BCF administrator runs weekly checks on the registrations and will contact the clubs directly if an underaged player comes up for validation. The parental concent form can be downloaded from the 'Documents' menu item.

The latest version of the match scorecard can be downloaded from the site by clicking on the 'Documents' link on the left hand side of the screen (under the 'Other ...' heading). Select 'Scoresheet' to download.
